Due to his hyperactivity as a young boy he was already making sounds and tones in rhythmic sequences.
Despite various humorous admonitions from his mum such as “Ondra, stop ticking!”, and his later graduation as an actor from the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts, he continued to tick and while at school continued with chanting, playing tubes and his musical self-education.
Jamming with other musicians (later also members of Makomako) became his means of earning his daily bread.
It did not take long for him to grow into a genuine musical improviser and a constant seeker of loops and all possible variations, a vocal virtuoso and holder of many awards – Vice world champion in looping and beatbox in groups, several times Czech champion in beatbox, wizard box and rhythm and above all contented lad – En.dru.
